摘    要:为了更为准确地对内燃机耦合部件三维燃烧过程进行模拟,开发了一种内燃机燃烧室耦合部件三维传热有限元法(FEM)计算程序.建立了内燃机气-固传热模型;通过将该模型应用于KIVA程序,可获取用于有限元计算的燃烧室壁面的三维瞬态燃气温度分布及对流换热系数分布.以汽油机LJ377MV为例,计算了内燃机耦合部件的稳态温度场及瞬态温度场,结果表明:壁面附近瞬态温度边界条件的不均匀性对内燃机耦合部件稳态温度分布及瞬态温度波动有着重要影响.

Abstract:In order to obtain more accurate heat transfer simulation of the 3D coupling components systems,and combustion simulation of internal combustion engine,a finite element method(FEM) heat conduct code was developed.A gas-solid heat transfer model of engine was built,and applied to KIVA code to obtain the temperature field and convective heat transfer coefficient field of the gas near the chamber wall.Then both steady and transient temperature fields of the 3D coupling component system of gasoline engine LJ377MV were calculated.The results show that the transient heat loads near the chamber wall have an important influence on the temperature fields and the transient temperature fluctuations of the engine.
