烷基水杨酸钼的润滑特性及润滑机理

摘    要:用烷基水杨酸为配位体,在碱性促进剂的存在下,和三氧化钼反应制备烷基水杨酸钼(MoAS),作为润滑油添加剂。四球试验机的磨损评定结果表明:MoAS具有良好的抗磨减摩性能,且和内燃机油所用的清净分散添加剂有较好的配伍性能。用俄歇电子能谱分析了MoAS的润滑机理。

Abstract:Molybdenum alkylsalicylate (MoAS) was prepared through the reaction of alkylsalicylic acid with molybdenum trioxide in a basic medium.Results obtained from Four-ball test demonstrated that MoAS possesses the friction-reducing and antiwear ability, particularly suitable for use as additive in those lubricating oils containing ZDDP and calcium sulphoalkylphenates. About 0.3 wt% of MoAS added into 500 SN base oil can reduce the Four-ball wear scar diam. (d_(30)~(40)) to 0.42.MoAS was found to improve the compounding property of the detergent-dispersant additives employed in engine oil.Auger Electron Spectroscopy was used in study on layers formed under Four-ball test in the presence of MoAS and molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate to establish the wear-prevention mechanism of the organo-molybdenum compounds.
