| 摘 要： | 阐述了创新型城市建设中人才创新的重要性,创新人才提供城市创新驱动基础、提升城市自主创新能力、营造城市创新文化环境。以美国波士顿、匹兹堡和我国深圳、杭州的创新型城市建设为案例分析创新人才的作用,提出了:政府提供人才创新的政策支持和保障,高校承担创新型人才的培养和输出,企业最终通过创新人才提升自主创新能力,共同构成人才创新的完整通道,实现人才创新资源的有效聚集的创新型城市建设中人才创新资源的聚集模式。
