| 摘 要： | 采用基于计算机的团队模拟任务,通过操作任务特性和团队合作方式,考察了创新团队中任务特性与不同团队合作方式的耦合结果对交互记忆系统的影响。研究发现:①在创新团队中,任务特性与团队合作模式的不同耦合结果显著影响着TM的结果;②随着交互记忆的不断积累和重构,创新团队能够在重视人际关系和认知交锋之间做出较好的平衡,显示出理智的一面,因而可以获得更为有效的交互记忆知识,这是不同于真实团队的。

| Abstract: | By manipulating task types and virtual team cooperation type,a simulated task team by way of internet was conducted to investigate the Influence research on the Transactive Memory(TM) based on the coherence between Innovation Team corporation and task trait.The results showed that:①the coherence between Innovation Team corporation and task trait has substantial influence on TM;②With the continue cumulating and reconstruction of TM,the Innovation Team has a good control of the balance between the relationship and the cognition collide,show the rational side and in turn deserve the effective TM knowledge,which is different from the real team. |
