| 摘 要： | 管理科学知识已形成"管理理论丛林"之势,面对繁茂的"理论丛林",人们在管理知识应用时感到无所适从和无法选择,易产生"丛林迷失效应",管理理论与管理实践需求之间的隔阂愈来愈深、渐行渐远。首先对管理理论与实践产生隔阂的原因进行了剖析,继而在探寻管理学科属性基础上提出"广义设计"科学理念的引入是消除这一隔阂的有益尝试。
