| Abstract: | This paper introduces the PN junction sensor experimental system of temperature developed by the author according to the needs of teaching. Students can use the system to measure the temperature-voltage characteristic of different PN junctions and carry on linear regression analysis of the data measured. According to the linear regression analysis result, temperature survey can be taken with the system. |
