核桃雌花的解剖学观察

通过显微镜观察了核桃雌花的组织结构，结果表明核桃雌花柱头为羽毛状，花柱内具有从外界通达子房室的花柱道，子房下位，直生胚珠，单层珠被，厚珠心，基生胎座；大孢子母细胞经减数分裂形成直线排列的大孢子四分体，其中珠孔端三个退化，合点端的大孢子经有丝分裂形成蓼型胚囊。

After observing the tissues structure of the female flowers of Juglans regia L with microscope,the auther reaches the conclusions that its stigma is feathery;In the style,a stylar canal extends from outside to locule;inferior ovary,orthotropous ovule;one layer integument;thick nucellus;basal placenta.After meiosis,the megaspore mother cells turns into megaspore terads which arrange erectly,three of them in the micropylar end degenerate,and the megaspore in the chalazal end turns into Polygonum type embryo sac by mitosis.
