摘    要:本文研究了丙烯酸丁酯乳液聚合中乳化剂种类和用量、引发剂用量、及聚合反应温度等工艺参数对乳胶颗粒的平均直径及其分布、乳液聚合物及乳液表面张力的影响。结果表明,乳化剂浓度大时,乳胶粒平均直径减小,聚合物乳液表面张力下降,平均分子量上升;采用复合乳化剂且引发剂浓度较高、温度较高、聚合反应时间较长时,得到的乳胶粒平均直径较大,粒径分布较窄。

Abstract:In this paper,the effects of technology parameter, such as the emulsifier kinds and its amount,the initiator concentration and reaction temperature on the size and size distribution of latex particles,the molecular weight of polymer and the surface tension of PBA latex have been investigated in PBA emulsion polymerization.The results show that the particle size decreases and the surface tension lowersi however.the molecular weight increases with increasing of emulsilfier concentration.The larger particles with narrow distribution of the diameter can be obtained in the precence of composite emulsifier and higher concentration of initiator as well as at higher temperature for longer time of of polymerization.
