| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨有关主动脉球囊反搏专业知识技能强化培训效果。方法：通过对35名护士主动脉球囊反搏综合能力进行调查。结果：护士对专业知识掌握及技能熟练程度培训前后有显著差异，培训后医生满意度提高。结论：通过有针对性的主动脉球囊反搏知识技能培训，增强了护士急救意识，与医生配合效率提高，为临床危重患者争取了更多救治机会和时间，提高了护理质量，降低了医疗风险。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the methods and effects of intensive training cardiology nurses with professional knowledge and skills about intra-aortic balloon pump （IABP）. Methods：The IABP comprehensive ability of 35 nurses were investigated. Results：The grasp of professional knowledge and skills proficiency of nurses were significantly im-proved than before training, and physicians’satisfaction increased. Conclusion：Targeted IABP knowledge and skills training can enhance nurses’emergency consciousness, improve the cooperative efficiency with physicians, seek more opportunities and time to treat and cure clinical critically ill patients, improve nursing care quality and reduce medical risks. |
