摘    要:目的:通过检验某水电站5#变压器铭牌损耗参数的准确性,为变压器损耗分析提供依据.方法:空载损耗从5B高压侧加压和低压侧加压进行测试;负载损耗在发电机电流升至最大输出值,分别在变压器油温达到40℃、50℃、55℃时进行测试.结果:若不带主变高压侧电缆时,空载损耗和空载电流与铭牌值比较无明显差别;在额定电流下,再用绕组温度换算至参考温度时,负载损耗均与铭牌值比较无明显差别;大型变压器由于短路阻抗电压校正到参考温度基本不变,因此阻抗电压值与铭牌值无明显差别.结论:某水电站5#变压器铭牌损耗参数均与现场测试值比较无明显差别,偏差符合规程要求.

Abstract:Aim By measuring correctness of the nameplate loss parameters of 5 # transformer of hydro- power station of Gongbo Gorge, We provide a basis for the transformer loss analysis. Method No-load loss is tested by increasing voltage from 5B side-high voltage and side-low voltage, and load loss is tested when the generator be reached maximum output current, and while oil temperature of the transformer be added to 40℃ .50℃ .55℃ in turn. Results If without the cable of side-high voltage for main transformer, no-load loss and no-load electrical current no evident difference compared with nameplate value; When it is at the specified electrical current and the winding temperature is converted to reference temperature, Load loss no evident difference compared with nameplate value. Due to the short circuit impedance voltage of large transformer that is basically unchanged, so the impedance voltage no evident difference compared with nameplate value. Conclusion The nameplate loss parameters of 5 # transformer of hydroelectric station of Gongbo Gorge that have no evident difference compared with testing values on the spot, deviation conform to the requirement of the regulations.
