大豆样品干法与湿法消解的比较

摘    要:用干法和湿法消解大豆样品,并用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了其中Cu,Mn,Pb,Ni,Cd的含量,比较了两种消解方法的测试结果.结果表明,干法消解与湿法消解在精密度方面有显著差异.干法消解样品时,测得的结果重现性好;湿法消解更适合大批量样品的处理.关键词

Abstract:The soybean samples were prepared by dry digestion process and wet digestion process respectively,and then the concentrations of Cu,Mn,Ph,Ni and Cd were determined by means of atomic absorption.The comparison between the results of the two processes is carried out in this paper which shows that there is a significant difference between the resultrs of the dry and the wet digestion processes.
