| 摘 要： | 提出了一种在知识不完备情况下，能够同时考虑推理前提重要性权重和观察事实及规则知识等的不确定性和不精确性因素的新的基于模糊逻辑的推理方法，并将其应用于空间电力负荷预测的小区用地分析中，最后通过实例检验了该方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | A new fuzzy logic reasoning method which can consider the weights of the premise and the uncertainty of the rules at the same time are presented, and then,the method is used in the analysis of small area land use in fuzzy spatial load forecasting. At last, an actual example indicates that the technology is very efficient. |
