| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的不断发展,城乡差距不断加大,迁徙自由成为社会主义市场经济发展的内在要求,是实现人力资源市场配置的关键要素。在市场经济条件下,劳动力的自由流动是实现资源最优配置的基本条件,而赋予市场经济主体的个人迁徙的自由是实现劳动力流动的必然之举。

| Abstract: | With the development of Chinese economy and the discrepancies between urban and rural areas, the freedom of migration is demanded in order to properly deploy personnel resource. Under the market economy, the free migration of labor forces is the preliminary for realizing the best deployment of resources while the fulfillment of personal migration is the necessity for the free migration of labor forces. |
