| 摘 要： | 以有限元分析理论为基础,应用ANSYS分析软件,对少片变截面钢板弹簧进行了静力分析和模态分析。得到了钢板弹簧满载时的应力分布云图、应力-位移曲线、六阶不同阵型图,为少片钢板弹簧的前期设计开发提供了模态特性预测参数和强度评价及疲劳寿命的科学依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of finite element, static analysis and modal analysis are used to analyze less taper leaf spring with ANSYS software. The stress distribution nephogram, the stress-displacement curve, different six modes nephogram are obtained, which can offer the forecast parameters of the modal characteristics and the scientific basis for the development and design of the less taper leaf spring. |
