氟尿嘧啶植入剂经皮穿刺胸腔内给药治疗晚期肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液20例

目的：观察氟尿嘧啶植入剂（中人氟安）在晚期肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液治疗中的疗效及毒副作用。方法：20例患者常规胸腔穿刺尽量抽净恶性胸腔积液后胸腔内植入氟尿嘧啶植入剂（中人氟安）1000mg。结果：总有效率70％，未见明显毒副作用（0度～11度），其不良反应主要为药源性发热、疼痛反应、白细胞下降。结论：氟尿嘧啶植入剂（中人氟安）胸腔内植入对控制恶性胸腔积液疗效可靠，未见明显毒副作用，使用安全，值得临床推广应用和进一步验证。

Percutaneous Thoracic Insertion of Fluorouracil Implants for 20 Cases of Advanced Lung Cancer with Malignant Pleural Effusion

Objective：The therapeutic efficacy and side effects of fluorouracil implants （Sinofuan） were observed in 20 cases of advanced lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion.Methods：Twenty lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion were undertaken the conventional percutaneous thoracentesis and inserted fluorouracil implants with a dosage of 1000 mg.Results：Total effective rates of 70% were observed without obvious side effects （degree 0--degree II）.Main adverse reactions to the fluorouracil implants were recorded as fever,pain response and neutropenia.Conclusion＇Percutaneous thoracic insertion of fluorouracil implants were clinically effective on the control of malignant pleural effusion with reliability and safety.No obvious side effects were clinically noted.It is worthy of clinical introduction and application,and further investigations are highly appreciated.
