| Abstract: | Through the analysis on a typical case of practicing ERP in a small and middle-sized enterprise, this paper summarizes the main causes of the failure of practicing ERP in the small and middle-sized enterprises, and puts forward some key factors of successful application of ERP in small and middle-sized enterprises. |
