| 摘 要： | 采用乙醚、乙醇及水煎法提取黄花蒿的活性物质,以平板孔穴法测定不同提取液的抑菌效果,结果表明：3种提取液对单核增多性李氏杆菌、白色念珠菌、鸡源大肠杆菌牛源金黄色葡萄球菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中以乙醚提取液的效果最好;黄花蒿茎叶的乙醚提取液对单核增多性李氏杆菌的抑制作用最强。

| Abstract: | The paper uses ether,ethanol and extraction of Artemisia annua decoction of the active substance to different plate hole determination of the inhibitory effect of extract.The results showed that:the three extracts on monocyte number of Listeria,Candida albicans,chicken source Cow E.coli source of Staphylococcus aureus in varying degrees Bacteriostasis,ether extract being to one of the best;Artemisia annua leaves and stems of the ether extract of monocytes increased strongest the inhibitory effect of listeri... |
