| Abstract: | The Governmental Procurement Law> that had been put into practice in Januar y, 1, 2003 brings the governmental engineering such as the highway engineering i nto the regulating scope of this law. This paper probes into the problems existi ng in the practice of the governmental procurement for the highway engineering, and puts forward some opinions and suggestions of carrying out the governmental procurement for the highway engineering. |
