大采高综采工作面矿压观测及其显现规律研究

摘    要:介绍了大采高综采工作面的矿压观测方法,通过现场矿压观测成果,对大采高综采工作面矿压显现特征及其规律进行了详细分析,建立了大采高综采工作面力学模型,并对工作面顶板分类和支架选型的合理性作了初步研究。结果表明:大采高综采工作面采场来压动载系数小,无冲击载荷;直接顶来压明显但不强烈;支架控制岩层层位高;采场支架以静载为主,静载计算力学模型可以满足顶板控制要求。

Abstract:The article introduces the method of observation to the underground pressure law.According to the practice of pressure law,the characteristic and regularity of the strata behavior of the face is analyzed in detail.On the basis of the analysis,the mechanical model for large mining height fully-mechanized face is established.Then the pilot study on the workface roof sort and the rationality for choosing support type is made.The results indicate,in the large cutting height workface,there is no wallop and no stronger press for immediate roof,taller rock above the coal seam needed to be controlled on support,the result got in static mechanical model is enough for the roof control.
