电动客车EPS的关键技术

摘    要:在分析电动客车电动助力转向(EPS)的基本原理和特点的基础上,讨论电动客车EPS研制过程中的关键技术.针对结构布置中遇到的问题,采用有限元方法对结构尺寸进行优化;从助力特性、电机及减速机构、传感器等几个方面讨论系统的匹配设计;分析控制的核心问题,研究目标电流的决策与电流伺服控制技术;并提出EPS设计过程中的可靠性问题与措施.这些关键技术的解决为EPS在电动客车上的应用提供了可靠保证.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the principle and traits of the electric power steering(EPS) for electric bus,the key techniques in development of EPS for electric bus are studied.The structure layout of EPS for electric bus is discussed and the FEA method is used to optimize the structure dimension.The matching design of EPS is analyzed focusing on the assist characteristic,assist motor and sensors.The decision and servo control of the objective current of assist motor are discussed aiming at the kernel EPS control issues.The reliability design of EPS is also analyzed.The successful application of EPS on the electric bus can be realized based on the resolving of these key techniques.
