摘    要:文章讨论了系统最优(SO)原则与随机用户平衡(SUE)原则共存的情况。首先给出了SO与SUE共存时的组合式条件,然后将整个交通需求分成遵守SO原则及遵守SUE原则的两个子系统,在两个子系统为固定需求的前提下,给出一个兼顾SO与SUE的更符合实际的综合模型,证明了此模型的一阶条件满足SO与SUE共存时的组合式条件,并根据相继平均算法(MSA)思想设计了算法。

Abstract:The principle of system optimization (SO) and the principle of stochastic user equilibrium (SUE) often take effect in combination in the actual transport system. Firstly, combined principles of SO and SUE are given in this paper. And then the entire traffic network is divided into two subsystems which abide by SO and SUE respectively. On the basis of fixed demand in these two subsystems,the paper presents a more realistic and comprehensive model that gives consideration to both SO and SUE. And the firstorder condition of this model is proved to satisfy the combined conditions for coexistence of SO and SUE. Finally an algorithm is proposed by means of MSA algorithm.
