Cu(110)表面结构的透射电镜原位观察

摘    要:用高分辨透射电子显微镜中的电子束对Cu(110)表面进行连续照射,随着电子束辐照时间的增加,Cu(110)表面形貌和结构不断变化,当辐射时间足够长,样品足够薄时,高分辨电子显微术观察像中可以观察到一些条状衬度,我们认为,这些条状衬度是由Cu(110)表面化学吸附O形成Cu-O链的结果。

Abstract:Under electron microscopic observation we have studied the structure variation of the surface of Cu(110). We found the extent of variation depends on the energy, the current density of the incident electron beam and the irradiation time. We observed some fringe contrasts formed on a Cu(110) surface,which arrange themselves along the direction of Cu.Therefore, we conclude that the fringes originate from the Cu_O chains adsorbed on the Cu(110) surface.
