| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效作用.方法62例咳嗽患儿随机分为西药对照组和中西医结合治疗组,两组均采用布地萘德、特布他林雾化吸入治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予中药治疗,疗程为2周.结果两组治疗结果比较,治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组为83.33%,经比较,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.治疗后复发率治疗...

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of childhood coughing variant asthma（CVA） treated with TCM combined with WM.Method Sixty-two cases of CVA were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The two groups were treated with atomizing inhalation of Budesonide and Terbutaline,and the treatment group was added traditional Chinese medicine for two weeks.Results The total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group,and the difference between them was significant（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate was 9.68% in the treatment group and 23.08% in the control group,and the rate was lower in the treatment group than that in the control group significantly（P〈0.05）,which suggested that the therapeutical effect of TCM combined with WM was better than that of WM.Conclusion TCM combined with WM may enhance the curative effect on childhood coughing variant asthma（CVA）. |
