从我国科技成果生产环节与成果使用环节方面分析了我国科研成果与企业脱节的现状，阐明了经营生产的主体，自然而然就成为科技成果转化主体的企业，只有提高认识，转变观念，建立自己的科研机构，吸收科研院所加入，注重培养人才，加快技术改造进程，才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。

Talking about Re- energizing Enterprise by Science and Technology

This paper analyzes on the separation between the scientific research results and the enterprises in China in the production links and the application links of the scientific research results in China, expounds that the main bodies of the operative production have naturally become the main bodies of the transformation of the scientific research results, and points out that in order to be in an unassailable position of the drastic market competition, the enterprises must increase their cognition, transform their conception, establish their own scientific research center, absorb the scientific research institutions to participate, pay attention to training the talents, and quicken the technical transformation.
