| 摘 要： | 随着中国农村经济的快速发展，农村生活垃圾日益增多，垃圾围城现象逐渐凸显。农村生活垃圾问题处理得当与否关系到城乡一体化进程。针对鞍山地区农村生活垃圾处理现状及其认识问题，进行实地调查，并在此基础上，提出强化监管机制、增加政策投入、实施垃圾分类管理等具体建议。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of rural economy in china,the rural living garbage is increased. The rural living garbage problem is related to urban and rural integration. In view of the present rural household garbage processing problems,the investigation is carried out,and some suggestions are proposed,including strengthening the supervision mechanism,increaseing the policy investment and implementing the garbage classification management. |
