大学英语视听说自主学习中的焦虑问题

摘    要:为进一步促进受试者在视听说自主学习课上的有效学习,采用问卷调查和访谈的方式研究了大学英语视听说自主学习课堂上的焦虑状况,并探讨了相关原因。研究表明,受试者在视听说自主学习课上的言语焦虑并不高,但存在一定程度的听力焦虑和负评价恐惧。提出,在视听说教学中,教师应进一步完善视听说自主学习教材和学习软件,要认识到学生之间的个体差异,采取终结性评价和形成性评价相结合的方式,减轻学习者在自主学习过程中的焦虑感,提高其自主学习的能力。

Abstract:By means of questionnaires and interviews,the students’autonomous learning anxiety of college English viewing,listening and speaking course is studied and the reasons are analyzed. The results show that the students’speaking anxiety is not very serious,but their listening anxiety and fear of negative evaluation still exist to some degrees. Therefore,it is suggestied that the teaching books and software be improved and English teachers should notice the individual differences among students. Moreover,the summative assess-ment and formative assessment should be combined to form a better assessment system so that the students’ autonomous learning anxiety can be lightened and their autonomous learning ability can be improved.
