| Abstract: | Teaching reform and development must be guided by the view of scientific development. We should regard the cultivating talents with high qualities as the basic standard to promote the training quality and the intension for running the university education in all aspects,and regard the improvement of teachers' quality as the center to push foward the quality construction of the teaching force,and to realise an all-round,coordinated and sustained development for teaching work. |
