灰色文献的信息价值及其开发利用

阐述了灰色文献的信息价值及其特点，针时目前我国在开发和利用灰色文献方面存在的问题，提出了当前搜集灰色文献的方法与途径，指出在广泛搜集灰色文献的基础上，还应加强灰色文献的科学管理，建立一个完备的灰色文献管理系统，才能使灰色文献的信息价值充分开发与利用。

The Information Value of the Gray Literature and Its Development and Utilization

This paper expounds the information value and its features of the gr ay literature, in the light of the problems existing in the development and util ization of the gray literature, puts forward the methods and channels for collec ting the gray literature at present, and points out that we should strengthen th e scientific management of the gray literature based on the wide collection of t he gray literature, and establish a perfect gray literature management system fo r the purpose of making full development and utilization of the information valu e of the gray literature.
