| 摘 要： | 立足宜黄县县情，论述了生态县建设总体规划的指导思想与原则，在分析其基本情况及对持续发展因素的基础上，根据生态县建设的要求确定合理的建设目标和6个支柱产业，并最终提出相关对策，充分发挥宜黄县生态环境优势，实现社会经济全面发展与生态资源的永续利用。
