摘    要:本文提出采用几何同步方法,按中心对称关系来排列油缸,以保证其同步精度。该方法可以使目前工程上应用的多缸同步系统得到简化,减少回路的压力损失,提高同步精度;并且能显著地节能,降低机械造价,提高系统的工作效率。

Abstract:In order to guarantee synchronous precision of oil cylinders, a scheme of centrosymmetic arrangement of the latter by using geometry synchronization method is advanced in this paper. The method employed can make the multi-cylinder synchronous system presently applied in engineering simplified, reduce pressure losses of the circuit, and improve synchronous precision. It also can save energy, reduce the cost of machining, and increase the operation efficiency of the system remarkably.
