| Abstract: | Technical translation is primarily distinguished from other forms of translation by terminology,the translation of which is usually the central difficulty.The translator must retain faithfulness to the source language.In addition,conciseness and vividness of the target language are something to be desired.All these make the work hard,and as a result,errors often arise.This paper,by analyzing five common reasons for these errors,aims to acquaint fledgling translators with these reasons so as to help them to avoid making the same mistakes. |
