摘 要: | 齿轮作为机械传动中最重要的部件,在各个领域具有广泛应用,对其进行系统的模态分析具有重要意义.本文提出了一种基于ANSYS有限元法的圆柱齿轮模态分析方法.首先建立圆柱齿轮的三维模型,并通过属性选择、网格划分建立有限元分析模型,通过求解项的设置完成固有频率求解,从而获得圆柱齿轮的4阶模态振型,其求解结果能够有效避免共振危害的发生,对于齿轮的研发与设计具有重要参考价值.

Abstract: | Gear, as the most important mechanical transmission part, has been widely used in variousfields. It is of great significance to make a systematic analysis of gear. This paper proposed a finite el-ement modal analysis method based on ANSYS for cylindrical gear. Firstly, a three-dimensional mod-el of cylindrical gear was created, and then meshing and finite element analysis model based on attrib-ute selection was established. The inherent frequency solving was completed by a set of solving so thatfour order modal vibration modes of cylindrical gear could be obtained. The results could effectivelyprevent the occurrence of resonance hazard and had important reference value for the research, devel-opment and design of gear. |
