| 摘 要： | 以 2 ,4,6 三羟基苯乙酮和香草醛为起始原料 ,经选择性的甲基化、甲氧甲基化、缩合、关环、脱去保护基等步骤 ,以 2 7%的总产率首次完成了 (± ) 5 ,4’ 二羟基 7,3’ 二甲氧基黄烷酮的全合成 .合成的关键步骤是 3 甲氧基 4 甲氧甲氧基苯甲醛和 4 甲氧基 6 甲氧甲氧基 2 羟基苯乙酮的缩合

| Abstract: | dihydroxy-7, 3'-dimethoxy flavan was first synthesized by selective methylation, meth-oxymethylation, condensation, cyclization and so on from 2,4,6-trihydroxyacetophone and vanillin.Its total yield is 27%. The key step was the condensation of 3-methoxyl-4-methoxymethoxylbenzaldehyde with 2-hydroxyl-4-methoxyl-6-methoxymethoxylaetophen-one. |
