小流域综合治理规划方法研究

摘    要:以系统工程理论为基本思想,将多指标模糊模式识别理论、投入产出分析以及目标规划方法有机地结合起来,运用于小流域综合治理规划中;文中提出的规划方法充分考虑了小流域综合治理的现代意义,在规划分析中使用新的理论方法和计算方法,拓展了常规规划方法,使规划方案能更好地满足综合治理目标. 该规划方法具有科学性和时效性,对小流域综合治理规划方法的发展具有较重要的参考价值.

Abstract:This paper describes the methodology of small watershed comprehensive harnessing projects planning, in which the multi\|criterion fuzzy evaluating method, input\|output analysis and goal programming are employed, based on the system engineering theory. The proposed planning method fully considers the modern significance of small watershed harnessing, and extends the sense of the old planning method because of making good use of new analysis and computing technique. Therefore, the harnessing objective can be achieved more reliably. The planning method is scientific and effective for a given period of time, and of value to develop the small watershed comprehensive harnessing projects planning method.
