摘    要:在分析用挤压胀形工艺把无缝管坯一次成形为大变形多通管的可行性的基础上,讨论了各种胀形介质对工艺过程的影响,指出最适合于获取超长支管的胀形介质是流体,给出了坯料计算公式.通过试验研究,获得了长径比达3.6的多通管

Abstract:The plastic theory of metal forming is used to analyze the forming processes and its feasibility of extruding and bulging large strain multi way pipes directly with tubes. The effect of various bulging mediums is discussed. It is seen that fluid material fits extrude and bulge. The formula to calculate the dimension of the tube and the medium is also given. The largest ratio of the height to the diameter of the pipe is 3.6.
