二灰碎石基层材料防冻剂及防冻机理研究

摘    要:进行了二灰碎石基层材料防冻剂的开发和作用机理分析两方面的研究工作,根据前期研究得出的一些有效防冻组分,对二灰碎防冻剂的配方做了进一步优化,重点针对3组防冻剂组合进行了正交试验,通过对试验结果的分析,得出了能有效提供公路层二灰碎石材料抗冻性能的3组防冻剂方案,同时,针对研究得出的防冻剂配方进行了有关基防冻机理的试验分析,对提高二灰碎石基层材料的抗冻性能提出了降低冰点、早强高强和引气等技术路线,。

Abstract:The research of anti freezing admixture for lime flyash aggregate and the anti freezing mechanism is proposed. Some available anti freezing components which were discovered in the early research are utilized in three orthogonal designs.According to the analysis of the experimental result,three kinds of anti freezing admixtures are obtained. The mechanism of anti freezing admixture is discussed with concerned experiments.Finally,three technical methods,including lowering freezing point,increasing strength and entraining air,are found to improve the anti freezing ability of lime flyash aggregate.
