| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的基本内涵是以人为本，全面、协调和可持续发展。中国传统文化的精神特质主要是以民为本的人文传统，中庸协和及天人合一，这些正是科学发展观的传统文化渊源；而科学发展观提出的统筹兼顾、综合平衡、动态发展的全新理念，则是对中国传统文化精髓的扬弃与创新。可见，科学发展观既体现了中华文明的深厚根基，又体现了时代发展的进步精神。
