沟槽椭圆轴承支承的转子轴承系统稳定性计算分析

摘    要:在已知滑动轴承动力特性的八个系数的基础上,通过计算来预报转子轴承系统失稳转速及稳定裕度。为了与实验研究相配合,从理论上比较了用不同沟槽结构参数的椭圆轴承支承的转子轴承系统的阻尼变化趋势,定量地判断了系统的失稳转速。经实验验证:计算结果和实验结果相一致,证实了本文中算法的有效性。

Abstract:This paper based on the eight coefficients of sliding bearing dynamic properties, get by calculated to forecasted lose rotational speeds and stability extent of rotor bearing system. In order to coordinate with the experiment study, and compared the change trend of damping for rotating-bearing system supported by elliptical bearing that have different grooved structure parameter in terms of theory, and quantitative judge the lose stability speeds. The calculation results coincide with the test results so it verified that the calculation method and computer program in this paper are effective.
