磁场作用下乙酸乙酯-乙酸-水体系液-液相平衡

摘    要:采用自制的的液.液相平衡测定装置,在磁感应强度分别为0.165T、0.310T和0.515T的磁场作用下,对乙酸乙酯-酸-三元体系液-相平衡进行了研究.结果表明:磁场对乙酸乙酯-酸-体系液-相平衡有影响,总体呈正效应,能增大乙酸乙酯-酸-体系的选择性系数,有利于分离过程的进行选用NRTL方程对实验数据进行关联,并提出了磁场对乙酸乙酯-酸-体系液-相平衡的影响因子.

Abstract:The liquid-liquid equilibrium(LLE)of ethyl acetate-acetic acid-water system was studied under different mag-netic induction intensities of 0.165 T,0.310 T and 0.515 T using a liquid-liquid equilibrium device.The results showed that the magnetic field has a positive effect on the LLE of the system,namely the magnetic field could improve the equilibrium constant and be helpful to the separation of the acetic acid-water system.The NRTL equation was used to correlate the LLE data.The influence coefficient of magnetic field on the LLE of ethyl acetate-acetic acid-water was presented.
