摘    要:本文通过力学性能试验、微观观察和理论分析,揭示了碳化物开裂机制也在细晶粒铁素体材料的解理断裂过程中起作用,在上贝氏体钢中,解理断裂的破面单元尺寸是板条束尺寸的3~4倍;还发现在零下196℃下解理断裂应力与屈服应力之间存在良好的线性关系。

Abstract:It is revealed in this paper that carbide-cracking mechanism also operates in the cleavage fracture of fine ferrite materials. In upper bainitic steels, the cleavage facet size of cleavage fracture is 3 to 4 times of the size of packet, and it seems that the packet size is not the only governing factor. The present work shows that there is a linear correlation between the cleavage fracture stress and the yield stress in the above mentioned materials at low temperature of -196C.
