| 摘 要： | 乌鲁木齐市是我国大气污染比较严重的城市之一,半封闭的地形条件和逆温层的存在及近半年的供暖,加重了市区大气污染程度,要改善大气质量,塑造城市景观特色,城市绿化是必不可少的有效措施之一,笔分析了乌鲁木齐城市绿化的现状及存在的问题,并提出发展建议:(1)大力开发乡土植物;(2)制定地方性的城市绿化法律;(3)加强人们的环境意识;(4)制定规范化、系统化、科学化的绿化规划;(5)多渠道融资,资金技术双管齐下。
