| Abstract: | Taking the actual project case as the example,and in the light of the application of the observation of the settlement and declination in building＇s construction,this paper puts forward some basic requirements for the observation from instrument and equipment,personnel quality,observation time,observation point,observation accuracy,and observation achievement and calculation,etc.,introduces the concrete observation steps,and points out some matters needing attention in the observation. |
