员工挫折与旅游企业管理

摘    要:挫折是一种常见的心理现象,认真研究与挫折相关的问题有利于调动员工的积极性。本文论述了员工受挫的原因,如个人能力、爱好等与工作是否适应,个人的需求能否得到很好的满足,以及社会、组织等因素均会导致员工受挫。同时提出了消除挫折的不良影响的建议和方法。

Employees' Setback and the Management of Tourism Enterprise

Abstract:Setback is a common psychological phenomenon. It is helpful for us to mobilize the staff by studying the issue of setbacks. The article mainly discusses the masons that the staff suffers setbacks, such as personal capabilities, whether their hobby is suited to their work, whether their personal needs are satisfied, and so on. In a word, social factors, organizational factors and others will lead to staff being frustrated. Moreover, the article discusses the recomn endations and methods of removing the negative effects of setbacks.
