基于GIS的网格化移动工商执法系统设计

随着市场经济主体活动越来越频繁,传统的工商行政管理方式已不能满足业务发展的需求,移动GIS、网格化等技术的发展为工商行政管理提供了新的思路。构建了一个基于GIS的网格化移动工商执法系统,对系统的设计思路、系统架构、系统功能进行了详细地描述,并对涉及的关键技术予以介绍。利用GIS技术构建的移动执法系统,不仅有效扩展了执法领域和空间,而且延伸与丰富了工商行政管理的执法手段。

Design of Mobile Commerce Law Enforcement System Based on GIS and Grid

With the more and more frequent activities of subjects of market economy, the traditional administration methods can not meet the needs of business development. Mobile G1S and grid technology provided new ideas for administration of industry and commerce. The paper built up a mobile commerce law enforcement system based on GIS and grid technology, and introduced the design thought, architecture and function of the system, as well as the related key techniques. It extended the law enforcement field and space effectively, at the same time extended and enriched the administration method of industry and commerce.
