摘    要:建立一种基于单目显微摄像机的空间运动模型,能获取目标深度信息,仿真在显微视场中该运动模型受到多种镜头畸变综合影响的成像效果,并针对存在严重畸变的显微图像提出校正方法。实验结果表明该方法正确有效。

Abstract:We established a spatial motion model based on monocular microscopic camera, which can obtain micro-component 3-D depth information. The imaging effect of the motion model with many lens distortions in microscopic field was simulated, and the rectification method of serious distortion microscopic image was proposed. The experiment results proved that this method was correct and effective.
