氯化亚锡-己内酰胺离子液体的合成、表征及催化性能研究

摘    要:以氯化亚锡和己内酰胺为原料合成了一种新型离子液体,测定了不同摩尔比的氯化亚锡与己内酰胺形成的离子液体的电导率,同时用紫外光谱对离子液体的结构进行表征.结果表明,当氯化亚锡的摩尔分数为0.53时,离子液体的电导率达到5400μs/cm,己内酰胺中C=O键的吸收波长由203.20nm变为232.80nm,证明是羰基与金属离子之间发生了配位;以该离子液体为催化剂催化合成乙酸乙酯,研究了反应的工艺条件,当醇酸摩尔比为4∶1,反应温度为94℃,催化剂量为乙酸和乙醇总质量的5%,反应时间为2h时,反应的酯化率可达81.20%.

Abstract:A new ionic liquid was synthesized with stannous chloride and caprolactam. The electrical conductivities of the ionic liquids at different molar ratios of stannous chloride and caprolactam were measured and the structure of the ionic liquids were characterized with UV. When the molar concentration of stannous chloride was 0.53, the electrical conductivity was 5400μ S/cm , and the absorption wavelength of C=O bond in caprolactam changed from 203.20 nm to 232.80 nm, which proved that the carbonyl oxygen atoms and metal ions had been coordinated. In addition, ethand and acetic acid were catalytic synthesized by the ionic liquid, and the reaction conductions were studied. When the mole ratio of ethanol and acetic acid was 4:1, the reaction temperature was 94℃, the amount of catalyst was 5% of the total mass and the reaction time was 2 h, the conversion rate of acetic acid was up to 81.20% .
