| 摘 要： | 绿色施工作为建筑业落实可持续发展战略的重要手段，已经成为众多业内人士的共识。介绍了绿色施工的概念和我国绿色施工的发展现状，分析了公众意识、经济效益、技术管理水平、管理体制、评价标准等影响我国绿色施工发展的原因，提出了强化绿色施工理念、加强政策引导、加快技术研究、完善管理体制、制定评价体系等发展对策。
