| 摘 要： | 精度设计是旧机床再制造方案制定的重要理论依据．以DM4500三轴立式机床为研究对象，运用多体系统理论建立了包含21项基本几何误差的精度模型．通过基本几何误差的辨识，间接建立了再制造零部件精度参数与机床空间误差之间的关系．利用精度模型和误差辨识方法，根据设定的再制造零部件的精度参数预测了机床的加工误差．在给定空间误差的条件下，提出基于BP＋GA算法的精度分配方法，实现了再制造零部件精度参数的全局优化配置．研究结果已成功应用于旧机床的再制造．

| Abstract: | Accuracy design plays an important role in planning the remanufacturing scheme. The methodology of accuracy design was investigated for a DM4500 3-axis vertical machining center. Using multi-body theory, the accuracy model including 21 basic geometric error components was constructed. By identifying the basic geometric error components, the expression for the volumetric error in the machine tool and the accuracy parameter of remanufactured components was developed indirectly. The developed expression was used to predict the machining error according to the given accuracy parameter of remanufactured components. In order to reasonably distributing the accuracy parameter of remanufactured components under the given volumetric error conditions, the accuracy distributing method based on integrated BP and GA algorithm was put forward. The results have been applied in remanufacturing for old machine tools. |
