| Abstract: | The nucleic acid sequence is viewed as random walks in 2d base space. From the probabiiity distribution of bases the mean square saparation of the end points of a seqment containing n bases is deduced. It is demonstrated that there exists a good statistical relation between the function-n with molecular evolution. |
