浅析高校不稳定因素及对策研究

高校不稳定因素是多方面的,既有内部的,又有外部的;既有客观的,又有主观的;既有政治的,又有经济的。文章从影响高校稳定的外部因素和内部因素两个方面入手,比较全面客观地分析了影响高校稳定的主要因素,并提出了相应的对策。

Analysis on Unstable Factors and Their Policies of Institutions of Higher Learning

Unstable factors of institutions of higher learning come from many aspects,not only from internal,but from external as well;not only objective,but subjective as well;not only political,hut economical as well.This article analyses the major factors that shall exert influence on the stability institutions of higher learning.In the meantime,it puts forward the corresponding policies in an all-round and objective way.
